An initial consult with our Naturopath & Nutritionist Danielle will set the precedence of your journey to better gut health, and overall wellbeing. Rachael will conduct a thorough intake of your health history, including lifestyle, work and family environment, diet, current medications, exercise and presenting symptoms in order to understand any underlying factors that may be impacting your gut health. 

 

1 x G.I Map Stool Test ($440 – charged by lab)

The G.I Map stool test provides a range of markers that help us to clearly understand the root cause of your symptoms and underlying health issues. This information arms us with the knowledge of your gut microbiome, as well as the gut function which enables us to curate a personalised plan forward in order to facilitate healing. 1 x Review Consultation of G.I Map Stool Test + Health Plan ($250 value)

The follow-up consultation will review all of the results from the G.I Mapping test and set you up with a plan of attack. Here Rachael will put together a bespoke plan for you based on your results and your initial consultation, that will help relieve or fix the issues you’re having. From meal planning and recipes, to sleep and exercise, you’ll not only know the causes of your gut issues, but have a path to fix them.

Additional Add-on: Follow-up consultations ($175 value)

Many issues in the digestive tract will require Herbal Supplementation such as antimicrobials or supplements to heal and soothe the gut lining. Best results often occur when working together over a period of at least 3 months. Clients who purchase the Gut Health Program will gain the additional benefit of return visit consultation at a reduced rate of $120 for up to 5 follow-up visits. Rachael wants to ensure effective, long-lasting results for clients and working together over this period will help optimize your gut and overall health objectives.
